Product Description
L-Mesitran Net is a multi-purpose, protective wound contact honey-hydrogel coating, providing a layer for absorption and retention of exudate which helps maintain a moist environment conducive to healing.
Its formulation contains 20% medical grade honey, an acrylic polymer gel and water on a polyester mesh structure that allows the passage of exudate through the dressing.
It is to be used in conjunction with an appropriate secondary dressing (if used alone the net dressing may dry out or shift) and may be used with L-Mesitran Ointment or Soft.
